From neck to ankle: we treat pain and movement problems of muscles, tendons, joints and nerves. Here is an overview, region by region.

At Assbane Therapy, manual therapy and sports rehabilitation cover most musculoskeletal complaints: back and neck pain, tendinopathy, sprains, stiff joints, radiating nerve pain and rehabilitation after surgery. The first appointment starts with an assessment that checks whether your complaint is one for physiotherapy. If it is not, we refer you to the right professional.

Pain is often just a signal. We look for what causes it (a joint that moves poorly, an overloaded muscle, an irritated nerve) so we can treat the cause and get a lasting result.
To do so, we combine hands-on techniques (mobilisations and, where appropriate, gentle manipulations) with active work: exercise, self-mobilisations you learn to do yourself, movement advice and lifestyle advice.
