Our approach

Safe rehabilitation, step by step

We follow your surgeon’s protocol. The first sessions focus on easing pain, reducing swelling and safely regaining mobility.

Then come progressive strengthening, balance and walking, and finally the return to what matters to you: work, stairs, sport or simply playing with your children.
