Our approach

Getting back to sport, and staying there

We start with your sport, your level and your goal: a match, a race, a season. The assessment looks at the injury, but also at strength, mobility and the movements your sport demands.

The programme moves in stages: easing pain, restoring mobility, rebuilding strength, then training speed, changes of direction and sport-specific movements. Before you return, objective tests help us choose the right moment together.

FAQ

Your questions about sports rehabilitation

Do I have to stop sport completely?

Rarely. We adapt your activity so you stay active without making the injury worse.

How long does rehabilitation take?

A few weeks for a mild sprain, several months after cruciate ligament surgery. After the assessment we set a realistic timeline.

Do you work with clubs?

We are open to working with local clubs: injury prevention, follow-up of injured players and advice for coaches. Call Ali to discuss it.

Do I need a prescription?

For reimbursement by your health insurance fund, yes. Ask your doctor or sports doctor for a physiotherapy prescription.
